We start out with four 4″x6″ skids, add 2″x6″ floor joists 16″ apart , topped with ¾” tongue and groove BluePlus. For the 7′ walls, we use 2″x4″s that 24″ apart, every other one a double.
Our roofs feature a 40-year warranty on metal, and the exterior walls are covered by a 50-year warranty on SmartSide siding. The interior walls are made of pine tongue & groove and vinyl flooring. Roof, walls, and floors are sprayfoam insulated.
Required plumbing for kitchen, bath, and laundry, utilizing a PEX system.
We do an electrical package, which includes 2 ceiling fans, 6 ceiling lights, and outlets per the National Electric Code.
Standard design includes 2 entry doors and five 36″x48″ double-pane insulated windows. We can build to your specifications for an additional cost.
